General Terms

When commisioning me please provide a clear refrence of your character(s)
Please be clear on what you are looking for in the commissioned art piece (Ex. facial expression)
Please let me know if your commission should be kept private, as I might post it on my social media otherwise.
All commissions will be completed within 30 days after payment has been received. If you need the commission finished within a specific time, please PM me and we can arrange it.

Payment

All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
I can currently take payments through paypal.
The currency accepted is USD.

Copyright Rules

DO NOT resell my art!
Do not claim my art as your own
Do not re-post my art without consent
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner
You can use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
You can print the art for personal use, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
You can use the art to promote yourself with proper credit given to the artist.

Cancelation/Refunds

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund under any circumstances after payment has been received and I have started on the artwork.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

How to order

Send me an DM to any of my social media listed on this page. This can be on Instagram, Discord or preferably Ko-fi (it's easier).
The contents of the message should be the following:

  • Your name/nickname

  • Your e-mail

  • How many characters/pets

  • Any specific details you want included

  • References: I need refrences to fufill your request! This helps me understand what you're looking for in your commission

  • Size and format in which you want your commission (ex. size: 500 x 500 pixels; format: JPEG/PNG)

  • And a small sentence at the end that says as follows: "By sending this order I confirm that I have read and accept the terms of service for commissioning 'Firewolfcaves'".
